The Impossible: Continued

AvatarWolfMoon3 min to read

Hello. I decided to make a new thread as a continuation of an old one since I posted a new comment not long ago and I'm not getting any replies from it. When adding it's title in I got a message saying "Is this already being discussed?" Yes.. it is. So maybe I shouldn't be doing this but I need help and I might be waiting longer or get nothing from that comment that I made in an old thread. If I shouldn't have done this then I'm sorry but I didn't know what else to do to add it in a way that people can see it and then reply to it if they want to and I ended up abandoning it for years, which I shouldn't have but I came back to it. So this is what I said recently but I did some editing; For months or more I've been having a hard time doing yoga and it's more like I'm trying to do it as the muscle spams appear when I try. When I first started I was able to do yoga but then I could only try to do it then but later on it worked again and then it went back to just trying again. It's been like that since or it might've went back and forth once or more. So do I keep trying to do them or just quit? Though it seems like when I do quit for a while it seems like the spasms happen more or maybe it's due to something else. The yoga I've been doing is on a pdf file called "Kundalini Yoga Basic Spinal Energy Series" which I forgot where I got it from but Hatha (Physical) Yoga clearly wasn't working for me as now that yoga site wants me to create an account just to read yoga that's on there as all of the links on there are from "Yoga Journal". I rather not make an account (there's also sadly a paying option too) just to read one page or more. Before that it wanted me to start a free trail and then pay years ago as I mentioned this before. If Hatha (Physical) Yoga really is a beneficial way to fix my problem then it really needs to be fixed and I think it'll be good for other people too who go to that page as well. So if that pdf file isn't good enough for me to fix my muscle spasms it's no wonder I'm having trouble with the yoga part of fixing my problem.

Hi! Sorry, I’m not really experienced enough to give advice on this topic. I think you should wait for an expert to weigh in. I’m just writing to show my support. Best of luck!

I would have replied sooner if it wasn't for the login error that I finally figured out how to get through. Oh, I can see how that's so as I'm facing a rare problem that I think many would not know on how to handle it. At least I think it's rare. Okay. Thanks.

As an update to this topic for you & for anyone else who read my topic; It's not that my sugar (or fat, I'm not sure if it's my sugar or my fat) is high as it's at least one of them isn't but I was told the other one is only a little high but not enough to cause my muscle spasms. I was told about this weeks ago from my nurse (who works for a doctor, for some reason I never met him..). As a member on here named Valkyrie told me years ago that my fat & sugar levels should be low on the other topic that started this continued one.

This is the targeted message.

i'm no medical professional but one thing I do know is that potassium levels really affect your muscles. perhaps you could try as an experiment eating a banana maybe twice a day for a couple of days then trying a few stretches before going into a short yoga routine. if you know you have issues with bananas then potassium supplements. If it helps them you know a bit more about your issue. if not you still know a bit more about the issue and should probably see a doc for a full exam.

Now as far as yoga texts are concerned I suggest going to a library. from there find a book with positions that feel comfy for you and photo copy them. Library's are a great treasure, use it.
