Hello. I decided to make a new thread as a continuation of an old one since I posted a new comment not long ago and I'm not getting any replies from it. When adding it's title in I got a message saying "Is this already being discussed?" Yes.. it is. So maybe I shouldn't be doing this but I need help and I might be waiting longer or get nothing from that comment that I made in an old thread. If I shouldn't have done this then I'm sorry but I didn't know what else to do to add it in a way that people can see it and then reply to it if they want to and I ended up abandoning it for years, which I shouldn't have but I came back to it. So this is what I said recently but I did some editing; For months or more I've been having a hard time doing yoga and it's more like I'm trying to do it as the muscle spams appear when I try. When I first started I was able to do yoga but then I could only try to do it then but later on it worked again and then it went back to just trying again. It's been like that since or it might've went back and forth once or more. So do I keep trying to do them or just quit? Though it seems like when I do quit for a while it seems like the spasms happen more or maybe it's due to something else. The yoga I've been doing is on a pdf file called "Kundalini Yoga Basic Spinal Energy Series" which I forgot where I got it from but Hatha (Physical) Yoga clearly wasn't working for me as now that yoga site wants me to create an account just to read yoga that's on there as all of the links on there are from "Yoga Journal". I rather not make an account (there's also sadly a paying option too) just to read one page or more. Before that it wanted me to start a free trail and then pay years ago as I mentioned this before. If Hatha (Physical) Yoga really is a beneficial way to fix my problem then it really needs to be fixed and I think it'll be good for other people too who go to that page as well. So if that pdf file isn't good enough for me to fix my muscle spasms it's no wonder I'm having trouble with the yoga part of fixing my problem.
