True the original poster is mentioning some bizzare Catholic death cult in Mexico.That worships Saint Death. Which is nothing but Jehova in drag. Only after centuries of living under the xian death cult would people be in the frame of mind to openly worship death.

I can only pass on what the Mexicans i work with told me about saint death. It's funny. They told me saint death was popular among people that were involved with dangerous activities, like drug dealers. Basically the saint was supposed to protect you until it was your "time" and then make sure you made it to the pearly gates, LOL. So anyone can see how there are contradictions in this. It's obviously just another way to put "faith" into something that doesn't exist just to give people an empty sense of protection so they can act like complete a-holes and feel good. It shows you how bad things have gotten where they are just waiting to die and do not value their lives.
