I just read some of the posts on the "why I left my gay sexual lifestyle" on amazon.com( the one that HP Jake gave) and I have a few questions. First off, WTF's the gay lifestyle!? Every time someone tells me that, I wince. These morons know NOTHING about gay ppl; there's no such thing as the gay lifestyle. That'll be like saying there's a a black lifestyle or a girl lifestyle. It makes no sense. They're trying to say that sexual orientation's like choosing what clothing one's gonna wear in the morning, and that sickens me. I've been attracted to girls since I was very young. I'm not romancticly( wrong spelling) attracted to guys. I actually did try to be straight because ppl were telling me my sexually can be changed and (gasp!) it didn't work for long.

Secondly, why do ppl think that being sexually abused when you're young "makes" you gay? There is NO evidence that being raped/molested leads to "determining" your sexual orientation. I knew I was a lesbian when I was about 5-6 and although I was raped when I was 7-9 by my female "friends" and forced to do sexual favors by female cousin, that had NOTHING to with me being a lesbian. Also, I was raped and forced to do sexual favors by guys and (gasp!) I'm gay. One time my Xian "friend" asked me if I was a les before I was raped by that guy. I was SO insulted. Then she asked me if we were dating. WTF?! Why do Xians and company tie EVERYTHING to their own POVs? All they're doing is being ignorant and it makes them look like idiots.
