I have recently started doing the full chakra meditations and from time to time I can feel my chakras even when I am not focusing on them. For example yesterday I as so happy, blissfully happy, and it felt like my throat chakra was radiating and that it felt amazing. Or when I am feeling 'aroused' I can feel my sacral chakra and that's a good tingly feeling!! If you aren't doing these meditations and you do have the time I STRONGLY recommend doing them
