The Correct Way to Invoke a Demon/ess'

I've been reading the JOS ministry forums on how to Invoke the energies of demons. I've read that it can be effective to cleanse your aura beforehand, as well as create an aura of protection to protect yourself from evil entities that are not of Satan. A ritual could also be an amazing idea as well! Then, you find the sigil of the demon/ess you want to Invoke and print it out, draw it or maybe even visualize it. Breathe in energy, until you feel it strongly. It would be very wise to open your Astral senses (hearing and seeing). I also read that empowering the crown and 6th chakra, as well as the headstand yoga position could strengthen astral senses as well. Does anyone with this? I think it would be very effective.
