For the chakras, which chakra is best to open first? Is there an order of chakras we're suppose to follow? I'm a little confused. Please help.

You should also know that it's important to time this astrologically. So with the third eye for instance, you want to start the working on Monday (day of the moon) in the hour of the moon. Then continue with whatever mantras you choose for a really long time. A standard working is 40 days but it will most probably take you much longer than that to open the third eye. It takes thousands of mantras to open a chakra, unless you're already advanced from a past life which is sadly quite rare. Also don't underestimate the importance of yoga. If you don't know yoga then look on Amazon for books - I use one simply called Kundalini Yoga - the kriyas and meditations in it are directly from Yogi Bhajan - a widely recognized guru. After you have opened the third eye, proceed downwards.
