I was driving to work a couple of hours ago when the front left tire on my truck broke off the axel at 55 miles per hour on a city street... It was like the whole drivers side sunk into the road and my truck was skidding across the street, the tire flew up into the air about 15 feet and rolled about 100. I would have been on the freeway driving 75 (the speed limit) had it not been for the rare event that the ramp to the freeway was closed, and it could have easily become a terrible accident.
