What are your opinions about this presentation? (thanks to jhd4412, for referring to that, in one of his posts) -

I never thought of it because I'm 18 year-old healthy male. But could my testosterone levels are down? The way he spoke in the end.. Just made me think. I don't enjoy orgasm for fuck's sake. I don't enjoy it. I masturbate 2 times a week only because I feel really horny (sorry gotta get into details) but I don't enjoy the actual orgasm. I suffer from depression, which St. John's Wort didn't help, of course it didn't, the problem is the testosterone levels.

Hit the Gym and eat healthy. That way you will have higher testosterone levels. Not by eating all the supplements of the world. Hard training, challenging exercise. It will kick away your depression. You need to become stronger physically. And pack on muscle or lose some tummy. You do not need to become like "The Rock" but you need to have this type of training too. If you have another type of training, consider doing heavy weightlifting training 2 times.

Maybe kettleball and TRX 1 time each a week, or some similiar form of exercise. You will really hit the peak with all this and become far more powerful than you were. That way you build your body all round, adding mass, not losing functionality, working on your muscles as a chain. If you add strong cardio one day too, this will improve your circulation and all the benefits this entails. Arrange your diet and slowly start it if you haven't already. This all is THE ideal. You can choose one and devote to it, but weightlifting will increase your testosterone like nothing else.

Thanks for the comment. I hate the Gym by the way, so I prefer to exercise at home. I will think of buying Kettlebell.

Do you have any good source showing good exercises of Kettlebells, TRX or similar of these? THANKS!

Kettlebell workout seems like a killer. I think i'm going to buy one, it's also pretty cheap. I have a problem that everytime i'm start training I stop and leave it in some point, losing all my progress. Will starting when the moon is in Taurus gonna help me?
Also i'm pretty healthy guy, I would say. I eat healthy and i'm not fat, pretty skinny, actually (i'm 1.80, weight 50 kilogram)

I'm tellin ya I used to think home gyms were better but once you get over the awkwardness and you work out for a couple weeks at the gym you will see results waay more rapidly than you would working out at home trust me I know from experience

May I suggest, good sir, also a "convict conditioning" program, based on bodyweight. Using it myself and really does the body good work.
And it requires no gym, no protein shakes or whatever.
It really is good.

I agree with Hooded Cobra. If you want to have that "energy" that is associated with testosterone then work out. Run, lift weights, do some plyometrics and GET YOUR HEART PUMPIN! Have a balanced diet and eat six times a day so your body is in constant anabolism. I don't but when I get the adrenaline going it is like nothing else.

Since you are 18 you don't even have to worry about low testosterone producion in the body. Your testosterone will not become lower until you around 30. Then it will slowly drop after that. In fact if you are 18 you are going to be producing the most testosterone your body will ever produce for the next few years. How it plays a role in your development all depends on how you use it. Either way you should'nt have to worry about having low testosterone.

I agree with Hooded Cobra. If you want to have that "energy" that is associated with testosterone then work out. Run, lift weights, do some plyometrics and GET YOUR HEART PUMPIN! Have a balanced diet and eat six times a day so your body is in constant anabolism. I don't but when I get the adrenaline going it is like nothing else.

Since you are 18 you don't even have to worry about low testosterone producion in the body. Your testosterone will not become lower until you around 30. Then it will slowly drop after that. No I though nostate was talking about a video off of the livngstrong website as there were videos on that site that I didn't watch. I got ahead of myself and sounded like a fool but it happens.
 
So I bought a kettlebell yesterday n did my routine. My question is can I keep going with Like 4 days then rest or should I just do 1 time then the next day take a break n then the day after that do it again and so on? I'm serious in gaining strength n muscle but I don't want to go over bored n potentially hurt myself. Can,someone help me out plz????

I lifted weights for about a decade, I did runs/springs, I did martial arts/boxing, I pushed myself to some extremes, and there came a time in my life where my testosterone became dangerously high and it's been an extremely annoying battle ever since, to bring it down. If you're unhappy, do some meditations on the pineal gland and/or crown chakra. Really try to get the vibrations going in there. Get the circulation going. Take enjoyment in doing the kinds of activities you like to do.

High testosterone is grossly overrated, imo.

If you are training hard, and/or have are new to intense exercise, then every 2nd day for 3 days a week, so for example monday, wednesday, friday, then those two days off before monday again, is probably a good start. But really you must go online and do your own research. This is a subject that can get very complicated and is very individual. You need to know this stuff before you start. Technique, form, parameters, nutrition, rest, how to put everything together for the results you yourself want. And READ THROUGH the bullshit, I mean there are too many people who make a full-time obsession out of their eating (the bodybuilders mostly), and say you must take supplements 6 times a day or whatever, and there is just so much bullshit, because of the fucking kikes as always.
check out the channel called "Strength Camp" on youtube, also stronglifts.com (get and read the report, even though you are doing kettlebells and this is for heavy barbells, the info is good).
