Telepathy

I have a question. I am -now- in a long-distance relationship with a woman I have never met...(Don't say anything harsh please.) I would like to know...Is it possible to (even if she's an atheist) speak to her using mental communication, or, telepathy. I would really enjoy any instructions on doing so, or if it is even possible.

I've been practicing telepathy for a few years now. But I've been having more luck with speaking to demons and other spirits. One thing that I have noticed much of my contact with humans has been all in emotions and sensations? Does this make me more of a psychic emapth? And I need some advice or help I have been having a hard time detaching myself from others emotions and sensations. is there a fool proof way to prevent those from interfering With my daily life. Since Iam constantly having to put up shields and barriers. And I was wondering if a fellow brother or sister who is psychic can help me control my ability to a higher degree. Readoning other's emotions is the first step in being able to telepathicaly communicate with humans, as well as many living creatures.
The best way to block out these is the practice of void meditation. Focusing on only your thoughts, emotions, feelings.
After a while of practicing this they should be less.

Thank you Don Danko for writing a sermon about this DR. Rupert Sheldrake. I find his work very fascinating. I am a firm believer in Science and therefore it is very Boring Listening to Atheists Drone on about Materialism. I do agree with Atheism (Anti-Theism), The Disbelief in Mystical Deities. As our Gods are physical Beings. However, I do not agree with the total mundane lack of spirituality. 
 Yet when you listen to New Agers drone on about the Rockness of a Rock. There is a divine Rock within a rock and I know this because look theres a rock in my pocket. It agrees with my rockness rockibility..... Also becomes a tad annoying. 
  To listen to A Scientist spell out Spirituality as though it is Common Sense is very invigorating. It makes me Enjoy Spirituality again. I enjoy Meditation because I understand how it opens dormant parts of the brain. How the Kundalini is essentially the central nervous system, The spinal cord. The Nadis are the spinal nerves. So this is very enjoyable to understand Spirituality as Science.
