Telekenesis.

Well its time to practice telekenesis, Its not easy AT ALL! Sometimes i get fustrated because i cant get the energy flowing through my hands quick enough or the entergy my get blocked going into a hand, Then i have to get entergy flowing through the hand again and the connect with the objects entergy again. But its the same circle all over again, So im asking help from the gods but when i looked on the JOS demons page there wasnt one for telekenesis help. So do any of you know a demon that will help or mabe you can just give me some tips?

The help is appreciated, Hail Satan!

P.S.) Is it the hand or the finger tips that you must direct entergy through? I thaught it was the fingers but not shure.

While I haven't experimented with Telekenesis, I believe the palm chakra is used for any direction of energy coming from the hands. The palm chakra is much larger than the fingertip chakras and should allow you to direct more energy. Also, while practicing you can try absorbing some energy into your fingertips and routing it directly to the palm chakra for use. Maybe that will help you increase your energy output enough to get some results!

But when you open your palm chakras, you should also open the ones in your fingertips and the one at the base of each wrist; they're all connected.
