tearrakinises...kinieses for the earth elemant need help...

ok i have been trying to use the kinieses over the earth element (tearrakinieses) i just started im only working with small rock,etc... any way i cant seem to focus my energy enough to even shake the rock not only that but my dad or grandma (both r christians,and i hate them) always enterupt me when ever i try to meditate to focus more they r so annoying, but even when they dont bug me i still cant concentrat my chalkra enough to get any form of results any know anything i can do that might help here?????????

Is there anywhere else you can do this besides your house? Like a city park? A desert?
A friend's house? I'm sorry about your situation, you just need to get creative.

well come to think of it the woads near my house has a pritty big clearing ill try goin there
