China has accused Taiwan of 'venomous' attacks against the W.H.O chief. But, the Taiwanese govt has unearthed a fake apology plot by China's propaganda machinery. Allegedly, Chinese twitter accounts are issuing apologies to Dr. Tedros Adhanom in Taiwan's name. WION's Palki Sharma gets you a report.
