To anyone who has recently started Qi Gong / Chi Kung or however you prefer to spell it, as Qi Gong basically means "Energy Work" and Tai Chi as well as all Spiritual Disciplines can be classified as Qi Gong, or to those who are looking into starting or even those that have been doing it for some time.I have been looking into this and found out that those filthy kikes have of course corrupted these teachings too. The Chinese Government (jewish communists) has even ordered short forms to be made so Tai Chi can be standardized and people can harm themselves doing it.The original, longer forms, activate and circulate the Life-Force and this must be done through every organ, meridian/nadi and everywhere, evenly, throughout the whole Body and Soul. These original forms were created by people who were geniuses with Energy Work to do this; circulate and activate the Chi in every are of the body in turn, just as it naturally does through the day, and have it
where it would naturally be at the particular time of day, whatever that time is, when one is done the form. These shortened and altered forms fuck up this cycle. They don't activate all areas or circulate the Chi through all areas, which causes imbalances and if done long enough per individual person they also cause one to repeatedly get sick for no apparent reason.Read this article by the late Erle Montaigue, a legend of the Internal Martial Arts who was one of the most knowledgeable people in the world on this subject:http://www.taijiworld.com/shortened-forms.html
If you wish to do Tai Chi specifically, there is a free video course by Erle for the Yang Cheng-Fu 24 Form. Cheng-Fu was the son Yang Lu-Ch'an, the creator of the original Yang Tai Chi which has 108 forms in the complete art.Yang Cheng-Fu's 24 form is as short as can be while still being complete. It is also the easiest to learn. From there, or you can start with this if you want, you can do the Yang Lu-Ch'an Form learning it third by third. Tai Chi forms are divided into "energy thirds" in that for example the 108 form is made of three complete forms, and so any one of the thirds can be done as a complete Tai Chi program. There is also free video instruction for the first third on the page I will link.
As for other styles of Qi Gong, whichever one you want to do, do your research first, until you are certain you have the original, UNALTERED form, and that your practice is complete and balanced. Not only must they have all the postures/stances/movements, but they must be in the right order too.
The Chinese Qi Gong styles are awesome for developing powerful energy, if they work for you, so I would encourage those who are interested or feel drawn to it (as with anything else) to pursue it. This post is just to warn you so you do it RIGHT. Oh and on that note, many of these styles are extremely detailed and complex to the extent that positioning your hand or whatever just 1mm out of place affects it. So start with the basics!
