synesthesia

hey i already know and read the way to develop synesthesia but does anyone have personal experiences with it and maybe alternative methods on developing it. thanks and any runes to help develop it possibly?

I was born with it, but didn't know what it was until I discovered JoS. I can smell, taste, and feel colors. I will be working on developing/perfecting it once I'm done the training program. It's pretty neat lol

when practicing synesthesia i find it hard to concentrate on seeing because when i close my eyes i see swirling colors of purple and yellow(because of my third eye) so how can i tell if im properly seeing sound? and i thought synesthesia was seeing sound with your eyes open.
