Sunburnt Feelings In Hands.

As I am typing this now, I have the sunburnt feeling in my hands, all over the skin. This has happened before, during the day and night and when asleep. It's just in the hands, nowhere else.

Does anyone know what this is? Is it a Demon, or is it just me?
