Is "Everyone in the world respects me in every way" a spiritual or material affirmation?

If it were me I would use a spiritual square and affirm something like "this solar energy has blessed me with a presence that commands the respect of others."

This would be a material affirmation as it deals with a worldly objective. However, I would highly suggest modifying this affirmation to something a bit more realistic and obtainable, such as "I easily earn the respect of people around me in the most positive and healthy way for me"

It is indeed a material affirmation. I find it questionable as well. First of all, being respected by everyone is impossible beyond the basic level of respect and courtesy that is owed to everyone.
Secondly, respect is something that in today's world is earned by comformity with the standards of a specific group. The more you distinguish yourself positively by excellence in operating within those standards and rules/norms, the more respect you'll earn.
Not every group has positive standards. In fact many groups nowadays have quite degenerate and immature standards as they're developmentally stuck between the maturity of a 7 year-old and that of a 19 year-old, rather than adult stages. Standards you may not want to comform to, depending on your age, aims, and reality.
In the Temple of Zeus community, respect is earned by mastering and demonstrating certain virtues in your daily life, virtues that will help you grow and evolve as a human being in all areas of your life.
Mastering these virtues doesn't happen by performing a working to be respected by others, but by actually doing the work of understanding and applying these virtues consistently in your daily life.
A working may give you the initial nudge, the starting drive to set yourself on this path, but there is real individual application that is 99.9% of embodying the virtues.
Therefore, in my opinion doing such a magickal working is ill-advised, and your energies may be better spent on other endeavours.

The truth is, no matter how good, noble, fair, strong, handsome, authoritative, charismatic, popular, great, and perfect you are, there will still be people who dislike you and people who may hate you, especially if you are talented (in a particular field), but they are not, or you are better than them, although you do not think so yourself, because it would be arrogant.

At your job you do your job perfectly, achieve high results, because in a different way - you just don't know how to work worse and you can't, even if you really wanted to, but it's for your work that you can be hated, you can be envied, or your results are deliberately ignored, your enemy can deliberately pretend that nothing is happening.
