Some of you might frequently use an astral temple
but I do not expect many to astrally project there.
Astral projection itself is a very difficult thing to achieve.
Robert Monroe believes that dreamers also find themselves somewhere
on the astral plane, part in an internal "dimension" and part in an external one.
Thus, with mastery of lucid dreaming one can draw a "blank canvas"
or even use their own astral temple and perform the summoning.
Being out of the body while doing so would strip all the filters of our human body allowing us to be more receptive.
It does have a drawback, what about our dreams? Can't it all be a dream?
This where knowledge of self has to be applied, maybe can you force the dream into an unmoving state?
Perhaps by focusing the energies outward can we have better results?
Have any of you successfully performed such a thing?
