Suggestion for precious advanced meditation

I found recently about the Breathing full meditation:

I wonder if anybody can make PDF of these meditations because some experienced members might never seen this exercise before.
I found out it by chance because I was looking for more advanced meditation and I found these.


If anybody know more advanced meditation could you share it or make PDF please?

But the thing is, our Guardians lead us to meditations we need! Many SS have posted examples, of wondering how to advance further or what step to take next, and then they "randomly" stumble across the perfect meditation for their needs.
