I have osteoporosis - weak bones. Is there any meditation to have stronger bones? I drink calcium and vitamin D3. It doesnt work.
It seems that the bones are related to Saturn, but I cannot make any recommendation due to not being sure how to use Saturnian energies myself, never had the opportunity.
But I just wanted to say that exercise will also help you, bones grow stronger when healthy stress is applied =)
