strange heat?

Okay so now it is the day after my dedication and I am feeling strange feelings if heat. Right now it is on my thighs and does feel hot to the touch like a fever. Is this normal? And I also recently felt a lot of anger and hate towards my mother and sister. The anger is normal because of the things they do to people, but it was at its peak about an hour ago, I would have felt ecstasy to see them burn in their Xtian version of what they think hell is.
