Something to keep in mind about home prices is that scarcity raises the cost of something. You said you live 30 minutes from a city, Im guessing theres not very many houses where you live. Where I live theres an endless sea of homes, Im not in a big city but I've heard this area is one of the 10th largest metropolitian areas in the world. What Im getting at is after the housing bubble popped there are lots of houses here that are cheap. I bought my house in 2008 for $9,000, the people before me bought it for somewhere around $100,000 in 2000. Now that home prices are closer to where they should be its much easier to get a house. A coworker of mine bought a house for $3,000 a few years ago.

It was a nice area when we came here, quiet peacefull place nice people but its cheaper than other places and now years on the rot is setting in and comming down from the city and it's changing. We didn't have gangs and shootings before but now thats comming too.
Drugs a lot of that going on now drugs bikers and bullshit. And a lot of young people hanging around not at school, no work no hobbies or interests other than causing trouble. I guess it happens everywhere.

I try to live pretty simple compared to most but in doing that other hidden costs come up. Buy a cheap house to avoid a morgage there is a reason it's cheap. It isn't all bad and sometimes things go great but I am just saying the easy way out dosnt always turn out so easy. Now watching the new neighbours about to find out all about it. *sigh* but it is getting better and better everyday no other way to face it but with gritted teeth and a positive mantra that everything is awsome! Beats being chained to a desk. No fucking way I am ever getting a credit card though!

Do you mean live without debt? I own everything I have, I paid cash ($9,000) for a fixer upper house. Its coming along nicely, Ive already had the windows, plumbing, roof, hotwater tank, doors, main water line, gas line all redone, and I added a mapoleon gourmet wood stove (woodburner) to my living room which is quite nice in the winter. I have a blue collar factory type job that pays pretty well, and my utility bills arent very expensive. Once you live without debt its relatively easy to get by.
Im curious as to what effect lower cost for houses will have on society, when I first bought my house the neighborhood was 70% blacks 30% whites. And the criminal element was there (not horribly though), now it seems more like 50% to 50%. Living here I feel like we could reverse white flight and instead of retreating start gaining ground and taking back neighborhoods. I dont mean run minorities out all together, but this rapid cycle of every white generation having to leave the neighborhood they grew up in needs to stop. When my mom was growing up she lived in the west part of town, by the time I was born much of it was a bad neighborhood. My house is in the north part of town, she said when she was growing up it was always a bad neighborhood. I grew up in the east part of town, it was referred to as the last white hold out in the town. The crime rate in that neighborhood is going up, I suppose it doesnt help that white teens are taught that black gang
bangers are "cool". I think eventually the system will fail and people in neighborhoods will handle the criminals themselves the old fashioned way.
My advice hooded cobra, if your renting an apartment move back in with your parents for a while if you can. Save up some money, look on relators.com for a house thats affordable. If you have to take out a loan make sure its under 30,000 that way you should have a better chance of paying it off. Find a friend you trust to live with you and pay you rent, preferably someone who works a different whift then you do so theres almost always someone there.

The school system seems to be one of jewry's favorite way to manipulate people, start out while their young and unsuspecting. I still remember a teacher telling the class that when the pilgrams came to america animals such as squirrels were curious about us, and then the pilgrams killed them in mass and animals were scared of us from that point on. Small animals are afraid of anything bigger then they are. Another teacher spent 1/3 of a school year on the anne frank book (she was clearly a kike) after we were finally done with the book I dont think anyone in the class room cared what happened to that jew.
The story about the kid at the bus stop taking a piss reminds me of something also. When I was a kid a few blocks from where I lived there was a retarted couple who had 3 or 4 kids that were also retarted. Eventually the health department came searched the house and took the kids away, to put it lightly they couldnt figure out what a toilet was. These are the sort of people who shouldnt be permitted to have kids. Someone else I knew growing up had a mother who was slightly retarted and a father who was about 300 pounds over weight. I heard he dropped out of school, doesnt have a job has 3 kids with one girl and got another girl pregnant. He came over to my moms house asking if him and his girlfriend could stay with my mom. Another person who shouldnt be having children. Also how about the people who are in and out of jail on a regular basis? political correctness. It was sick. The bible bashing teacher ended up telling me to just 'pray to jesus to save me from her' You fucking serious?! She was serious that was her solution dont like it? WHACK!
A close friend of mine is probably the strongest person I have ever known she blows me away what she has been through and survived and she still laughs and smiles through it. Single mum with 2 kids, home schools one of them because she wont risk leaving her boy with strangers. She has survived 2 lots of cancer and chemo kept schooling and caring for her kids with no support had a car accident and a severe neck injury is in constant pain and has kept running her own buisness from home through all of it.
She is the most loving mother and friend anyone could ever dream of she just powers on. She hurts inside but wont show it. I see someone like her giving life everything she has and trying to make the best life for her kids, then I go into town and see the deadbeat parents and general morons hanging around miserable winging, abusing others generally can't even speak properly commiting crimes.
I saw one mother accross from a cafe I was working in at the time in front of people eating lunch pull down her kids pants and let her piss in the street because she was waiting for a bus and couldnt be bothered to take her to the toilet just around the corner. Then picks up the child by the arms... shakes her off and dumps her back in the stroller. Does she even clean it up? NO and whats worse is the other deadbeats around her thought that was ok and they carried on their chit chat while diners were mortified.
People have no manners, no sense of self worth, no self respect, no respect for others. This is supposed to be a civilised society? Even my dogs leave the house to do their buisness away from us.
I don't mind helping someone in genuine need as I see fit but not being able to go to an atm machine or the bank without some bludging alcolohilcs sitting outside waiting to harrass you for money is too much.
Creativity does not extend to graffiti onto public transport and others property. The shop keeper who pays almost as much rent as he makes in a week does not deserve to have his windows smashed in and be robbed because 'kids' are bored and think the world owes them something.
I believe freedom comes with responsibility and common sense. Freedom to better yourself think for yourself and speak up when something isnt right. Not freedom to drive like a maniac and cause accidents or freedom to hurl abuse and sick comments from your car window at women as you drive by like an animal.
Someone with a degenerate soul and a stunted mind does not understand or respect true freedom they abuse it. When one starts to evolve however this kind of behaviour is beneath you an advanced society does not want to behave this way. The un evolved cannot see this.
With regards to eliminating disease and genetic disorders from the population. the kikes have held Us back in the areas or science and medicine aswell. Many things that plague us now may be curable in the future. With advanced healing and genetic science we will know before a baby is born what problems it could face and either choose to terminate the pregnancy or if possible fix the problems before they can begin. There will be other technology and medicine that can heal the body and We will have the ability to heal spiritually aswell.
I try to look past what we have right now avaliable and what we have had to do because of kike rule. Perhaps we would not have had to suffer and destroy the ill and retarded if the kikes never existed. We should not have these problems with our bodies if Satan had been able to finish His great work on Us I believe these physical and mental problems would not exist in Us at all.
The desicion to have a baby in a civilised world should be one of carefull planning. Making sure both parents are a good match genetically and healthy. That they have enough rescourses and support to care for the child and raise the child the best way possible. The support of community and a safe and loving environment with education that will support the development of the child in a positive way spiritually aswell. The fetus unborn should be checked for genetic abnormalities as it grows all the things common sense and true love of a Satanic nature would say to do. This is not discrimination. This is saving the child, the parents and the world from a mistake that will suffer because of ignorance and selfishness.
Bringing a new life to the world should be a joyus time of celebration. The result of carefull planning and a big event, not a time of despair and worry and grief. And not so commonplace that noone cares... its just another baby as if nooone cares. Too many babies from unplanned pregnancies that shouldnt have happened. Better birth control should exist. If it were not for religions sticking their noses in it probably WOULD exist. In addition sexuality would not be a taboo that is so misunderstood and abused as it is now. Sexuality is not purely for making babies and there are many ways to enjoy the benefits of sexuality and orgasm that do not risk bringing an unwanted extra life to the world irresponsibly.
Quality not quantity is what is best in my opinion for everyone from now into the future.
