I am not against it fully, however, what it has done to many people [because many people have zero self control] is just total ruin.

An important thing to note for anyone here who may be using instagram, facebook, reddit, YouTube, or even just watching TV - Be aware that these things mess heavily with your dopamine production and will make you less motivated and happy if you use them often and/or use them in improper ways.

If you struggle from any of those things, I highly recommend you try strictly to start your morning with 0 use of your phone, PC, or TV until as long as possible. Hide your phone in a drawer if you can, or in some deep part of your bag, so you are not constantly tempted to go on it. And yes, chatting on the phone also counts. Try this out for atleast some 3 days straight, and you will find a monumental improvement in your motivation and happiness, if you have been previously struggling there.

Blocking apps such as parental controls. cold turkey, freedom, also browser extensions such as stayfocusd. You may need to configure this for multiple devices. I would advise using a setup where you have a set time per day for youtube. such as 30 minutes before bed or something, as opposed to just having 30 minutes of youtube time spread throughout the day. This forces your brain to get used to not having it for that time.

The app Freedom worked the best for me, but it is subscription based and the permanent purchase is really expensive for no good reason. I bought it because I figured it would pay itself off easily through the time savings.

My advice is that you don't have to remove everything, movies that are made by gentiles with gentile actors are good, music made by gentiles is good(unless it's degenerate stuff).

Thank you so much for your advice! I do have to disagree with you about things made by gentiles are good just because they were made by gentiles. For instance many gentiles include jewish filth into their creation such as Bohemoth including the bornless one ritual. I used to listen to Bohemoth but learned about the jewish ritual in "Oh father, Oh Son, Oh Satan" and felt absolutely disgusted. People can be influenced to do things which are of the enemy which is why I have decided to block all forms of distractions which could be detrimental to my Mental, Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual growth.

How do you know if it is degenerative or not? I suppose you are advanced enough to tell if something is effecting you negatively and can feel the energies around you and how they interacted with you. As for me I am not that advanced yet which is why I prefer to play it safe. Even the happiest song can have the most molevolent things attached to it.

Being able to if something "sounds off" or "feels off" is based on intuition and not on logic. As you know, intuition is something which comes from the spiritual and not the physical. Through power meditations and advancement one of the things which develops is a stronger intuition. I have developed a very strong intuition in the past but let myself devolve spiritually due to some foolish reasons.

As a result I do not have as advanced and intuition as I once did and am working on advancing spiritually. You appear to be viewing things with Subjective truths instead of Objective truths which isn't how you should do things. What takes you 5 minutes to master may take me 5 years and vise versa. I have had a very strong intuition before(enough to know what people were going to say before they did) and know my current level of advancement. As I allowed myself to devolve for years I do not currently have a strong enough inution to descern if something is positive or negative.

If you thought "How can you not tell if something is bad? It is so easy." you are once again thinking subjectively instead of objectively. I am different than you and thus I cannot be expected to have the save level of advancement(whether more advanced or less advanced) as you. I do know before the year is out my intuition will not only regain its former glory but become greater and stronger than it ever has been however, it is currently not at the level I can discern any and all ways something may effect me.

Please do not set a standard on if something is "advanced" or not. You may have even been born with a stronger intuition than most and do not understand what it is like to be unable to tell if something is positive or negative based off from feeling. Instead of making a whole useless post you could just have mentally blotted out the "does it feel off?" Part of my post. Are you able to think? Then the other points I made should be suitable for you.

Do you think it is unwise to expose the yehuborim, israel, xianity, and the ilk on Instagram? Bcz ive been doing so a lot! I have made an online advanced meditations online for my country, I speak well and promote paganism and keep spreading hidden infornation on Instagram and Facebook. I even made a group on whatsapp to connect with spiritual people.
I've been wondering whether this behaviour can put me at risk. I should certainly keep a low profile. Once an anonymous account talked to me about magical things out of no where can gave the impression of being a jewish spy.
