i woke up at 3 am a couple nights ago to a really loud static sort of noise in my ear. it lasted a couple of seconds then stopped and i wasn't able to hear anything for a good minute or two after. it was like something was screaming literally right into my ear. it was weird and made me uneasy, because it definately did not feel friendly. i haven't heard it since but i keep getting this nervous feeling and waking up in the middle of the night.

Sounds to me just like what I've had happen too before which is what happens to people when they are about to break free from being stuck in their body and go into the astral.

There's a name for it though I'm forgetting right now, but the loud sound of rushing water like a giant waterfall and/or static is what I have had happen before when I was attempting to go out of body.

It's so startling it jarred me back too much awake almost immediately and then I was not able to break through the barrier and go out of body into the astral.
