Starting Business on Saturn/Jupiter Retrogrades REPOST

I made a topic here earlier that didn't get approved for some reason. And I'm short on time, so I'll make it brief.

Is starting a new business on Saturn and/or Jupiter retrograde viable? What about the 3 outer planets (Neptune, Pluto, Uranus)? Supposedly, "astrologers" who are without say it's a good time to start on a new job or business or endeavor after Mercury goes out of retrograde, on the 15th of September. But I figured it'd be a good idea to hear what our own astrologers think first. Please include in your considerations the 3 outer planets, if it's relevant.

If the 15th is a bad time, I'd also appreciate any really good date, preferably one not too far but I can wait if it comes down to it.
