Thank you so very much, Yoyo, for addressing this !! I have gotten so sick and tired of this "I am a god" crap & its various permutations.

I don't know the numbers of course, but it is true that several JoS members are actively WORKING toward godhood. If their progress is similar to mine in any way, shape, or form, we still have some fair distance to go -- some may be nearer or farther along than others. In other words, as of today, gods we are not. [And if anyone has already attained that state, I very much doubt that they're participating in such a discussion here.]

There is a TREMENDOUS amount of work & self-discipline involved, all while we must still go about the business of daily life. Doesn't leave much time left over for excess hubris on the "see how great I am" theme.

There can be a degree of informality in our relationships with a particular God after we have come to know them and they have worked with us for a while. This is not disrespectful because it is initiated by them, not us. It can be conducive to the learning process.

However, the Gods do not tolerate impersonators and imitators. Such ones are dealt with swiftly, decisively -- and permanently. No excuses.
