I have found out that using the method to open your hand chakra can be empowered even more so by rotating the energy into your hand, I don't know if it's just me, But I think this might help some other people aswell. This is what I call Spiritual Rasengan (Stolen from Naruto 
)
What you have to do is basically the same as the method on ToZ, But when you have formed the ball of energy, Start rotating it in random directions aswell as absorbing more energy from around you (The rotating here aswell for me.
And when you are finished, Absorb the energy back into your body through your palms aswell as your fingertips (Focus on your palms in the beginning)
