Whats the meaning of having spiritual flame above
the crown chakra suppose to mean?

I believe it's a symbol for the risen Kundalini
HPS Pythia mentioned some years ago about the Buddha statues and how they are corrupted now without such flame. The original statues, with the flame coming out of their crown chakras, that's what they meant. I'm not sure if that's what you're talking about here
