Spellcraft info for newcomer

I'm new to magick and I want to begin casting spells. I have tried sex magick but I'm confused a little about it. There's a broken link on the web site regarding a pdf download. Can anyone help? The spell i'm trying to cast is a much needed break up spell. Does anyone have any experience with this?

What is all this talk of "spells", using magic is a simple process of raising energy and then directing it.

If you need to "cast a spell" just raise energy through Mediation, Visualization and the Vibration of Runes, and then direct it through Affirmation, Visualization or Ritual Practice.
