Spell for sterilization

Does anyone have an idea for a spell to cause sterilization in someone?
My uncle is married for over 10 years with a raceless woman (she is a highly mixed woman descendant of Turks with a brown, and indefinable race).
He is very stupid and never showed interest for white women. I have to prevent the pitiful existence of his raceless bastard sons and the destruction of my family.

Thank you very much, my other alternative was to use Gebo, Urus and Isa (may I use Sauil too).
It's the first time I hear about inverted runes. How I do it? You mean inverted side by side or up to down? Is it just by drawing it inverted or do I have to vibrate it inverted too?
This is very interesting, we could do a ritual to sterilize the jews, after this working to destroy their leaders.
And yes, sadly my uncle never interested in white women, if for eg., I use a spell to make them break up, he would search for another non-white woman. He is a very brainwashed xtian and would be just too happy to live in a communist dictatorship.
