Hello
I am Enkul; I am committed to research on how I can help those who do not have the privacy or time for chants and meditation. More specifically individuals who stay in Christian homes. I have been working with sound frequencies, my plan is to create effective mp3`S which you can just play and close your eyes.
I have already covered, subjects like sexuality, chakras stimulation, planetary vibrations, trance inductionk close to every spiritual subject you can think off.
I have come to a point of understanding , were my research has hit a standstill , but I know there's aot I don't know, please if you have reading resources please email them to me, or if you know anything about sound frequencies' and their effects that hasn't yet been published please share..

My first mp3, I create, I would like everyone to try out and provide feedback as to its effectiveness,
I was thinking maybe I could start with a meditation mp3 that causes an effect we can easily observe, maybe third eye stimulation or chi boost; I'm up for suggestions ….

Look up F sharp and The Giza Pyramids, especially the research done on The Kings Chamber. Also do a search for 110 hertz and standing wave resonance (sorry if I have not described it correctly I am not a sound expert) at ancient sites. Also look up infrasound. What I found interesting was the infrasound in The Kings Chamber and the effects that have been found at certain frequencies in ancient sites on the mind. Some have been found to cause altered states of conciousness and appears to have been deliberate.

I have been looking into something similar... I know sound is vibration and this is something important but getting to the bottom of it not being an expert on it is difficult. However and I wasn't going to bring this up yet... but since you have brought it up The F sharp during a meditation I was shown this in fact I was told 1 octave above F sharp. I saw it as if written surrounded by a blue glow. I don't want to say anymore yet on the groups because I don't know what it is all about for sure yet but you are welcome to email me in private if you want. It may be helpfull to have members who know more about sound and music to look into this actually. Just weed through any articles that have stupid new age crap in them and look for the science. I have articles I am still going through them, time has not been my friend lately.

About a week ago I had to wake up at 7 am to get up to go to work. I couldn't fall asleep no matter what I tried. I tried everything including void meditation I still felt like I could run a mile.

I tried listening to binaural beats. I figured they would help me fall asleep. Satan told me that I needed to turn the beats off because they were completely unnatural.
I fell asleep about a half an hour later at 4 am.

This was the second time this happened. The first time I had a feeling that binaural beats were not good. But I wanted to try them out anyway. I asked Satan and he said that the binaural beats can damage your brain and warned me against it. I felt him practically yelling at me the first time because I was listening to them.
It's weird to explain.

There are all sorts of binaural beats that claim to open up your third eye, pineal gland, or help you with astral projection. These are all bullshit.

I hope your not using binaural techniques for your experiment.

Ill just throw in my 2¢. Mp3's are digital forms of complete sound waves ( broken up into parts for compression). From what I understand after long periods of time they give you headaches, so my suggestion is to make them a .wav file format to simulate analog sound.

Hey, I'm really interested in this. Sounds super helpful, because I know I don't always have time in the morning to vibrate Aum Suryae 108 times, it'd be cool to listen to an mp3 on the bus.

I live in a xian home and I know how that is for many especially teens. But I'm glad the family moved recently, because my new room is nearly soundproof. Now I try to vibrate and chant more, but mornings are still like "get up and get out" when I'd like to chant my aura clean. That can take up to half an hour sometimes unfortunately.

I won't blab much longer, send me a copy when you're finished, I'll give feedback.

Btw, I'm a total audiophile lol, but it's more of a hobby to me, I want to make comics for a living.

I just wanted to jump in and add something to this topic.

This is a really great idea and I fully support it. However, I would like to stress the importance of eventually building your way up to oral vibrations. The sound made via vibration is key and important. But also the 'shapes' we make with our mouth and the position of our tounge and the way our mouth, lips, vocal cords and cheeks form help to cause a natural circuit to increase the flow of energy, and to direct energy to certain areas of the soul/body. This is the other half of chanting/vibrating.

I agree that if yo don't have time/privacy to vibrate yourself. That you do look into this mp3/media file option. But don't completely neglect vibrating yourself. When you do have that time and privacy, use it well.

Also, another note. This is also a great idea to help those newer members work out pronunciations and how certain vibrations should sound.

I tried to listen to binaural beats out of curiosity, I lasted around 30 seconds, and I literally could feel my brain hurt. The pain lasted for an hour, even after a minor healing spell. Binaural beats are definitely bad.

I never meant I'd completely neglect vibrations, I still do chakra chants in the evening. But its good you pointed that out En.

People who are new tend to almost think of this like a game. They know the truth, they may have even dedicated, but that's only half of it. Some new people who aren't used to meditating every day try to make the most weak excuses.

I don't blame them. I know what its like to be raised expecting everything to fall perfectly in place. Once you grow up, that stops happening.

Anyone who joined recently and is reading this, I strongly suggest building a meditation program that is both engaging and practical.

This mp3 sound stuff is cool not only because of time constraints, but also for doing synesthesia meditations. I have had a harder time with music because there are so many different sounds to focus on, chanting tracks would help out there too.

Point is, don't sell yourself short. Make yourself strong in what you enjoy, don't cripple yourself.

In my experience, some binaural beats do work but others just leave you with a headache and an odd ringing in the ears.

Binaural beats are pointless and do not work. They might work on a person who doesn't have control over their subconscious, but they do not effect me at all. Binaural beats are Nothing but interference to your natural brain waves. All of our chakras are vibrating to a certain wavelength. All of our chakras control a certain aspect of our soul. The vibration/energy leaks into the soul through the subconscious part of our brain. So why would anyone need two different isotopic beats to change brain wavelengths to achieve a certain desire like sleep or "enlightenment". The truth is that everything you could ever need is already inside of you and at your disposal.

Incidentally, what you focus on expands on a way. Focus on sleep while lying down and you're likely to sleep.

Binaural beats are Nothing but interference to your natural brain waves. All of our chakras are vibrating to a certain wavelength. All of our chakras control a certain aspect of our soul. The vibration/energy leaks into the soul through the subconscious part of our brain. So why would anyone need two different isotopic beats to change brain wavelengths to achieve a certain desire like sleep or "enlightenment". About a week ago I had to wake up at 7 am to get up to go to work. I couldn't fall asleep no matter what I tried. I tried everything including void meditation I still felt like I could run a mile.

I tried listening to binaural beats. I figured they would help me fall asleep. Satan told me that I needed to turn the beats off because they were completely unnatural.
I fell asleep about a half an hour later at 4 am.

This was the second time this happened. The first time I had a feeling that binaural beats were not good. But I wanted to try them out anyway. I asked Satan and he said that the binaural beats can damage your brain and warned me against it. I felt him practically yelling at me the first time because I was listening to them.
It's weird to explain.

There are all sorts of binaural beats that claim to open up your third eye, pineal gland, or help you with astral projection. These are all bullshit.

I hope your not using binaural techniques for your experiment.

I wish falling asleep was that easy. What I'm trying to get at is that if you need to make your self go to sleep you don't need a miracle cure. Void meditation or even just going into a really deep trance and relaxing every muscle in your body can help. This is the same with any type of spiritual power.
Satan has given us everything We need. The body, mind, and soul are one so why add an additional factor to the equation when the equation is already perfect.
