Soul essence

Hey everyone. My soul Essence is stuck outside of me. Im always pushing it away into people when im trying to just have normal interaction. How would I set it back into me. I had a soul retrival done and gained much of my life force back but im existing in a state where  my soul essence is on the outside, which caused me to lose it again. How would i set it back into me so i can have succesful soul retrivals. instead of being on the inside, like i said.
