It soon will be 2 weeks after my work for opening third eye yet I still suffer from headaches. After 4 days program i had to stop smoking because my third eye was giving me headache when I was smoking and the after day. So I stop smoking but now sometimes i feel like there is some weight tied to my forehead, not strong but tingling headache. I didn't try opening my other chakras cause i have time but i dont have my place for a few weeks. Is it possible my third eye gathers energy but can not flow it because I didn't work on my other chakras and headaches might occur because of it? Also is it normal some bad habits become painful as I keep working on my chakras ( it is good i guess
