I'm not completely out of puberty, 22, and I was just wondering if it would ne ok if I just did parts 2 &3? What would be the benefit? Would it be worth it? Would u reap any of the benefits of the MO?

These parts you see in JoS under the section Magnum Opus are not the actual Magnum Opus exercises, merely the preliminary ones. I see this it's a common mistake, people mistake these for the actual magnum opusn and think if you do only these you'll become a God or something. It's been said there are 12 steps for the Magnum Opus, and these are outside the preliminaries.

First, what you want to do is empower the chakras. The chakras must be empowered and energy must be able to be channeled throughout your body if you are to reap any of the benefits of the magnum opus. If that is already done, than you can perform it, you just will not reap all the benefits without the Kundalini Serpent risen, however, I have found that through performing the Magnum Opus and other similar workings, you can reap some benefits and get closer to the Kundalini Serpent rising much faster. I have performed it more than once, my health is better, I am learning much, and growing spiritually.

Yes, it can be worth it. But odds are you will need to perform it again after your Kundalini is Risen. Ultimately, however, you can only decide what you are ready for.
