Hey, every1!

I seem 2 have a problem (as usual). Lately, whenever I try 2 meditate, I immediately feel completely drained of all my energy (no matter how energetic I'm feeling) and basically just pass out then. I don't mean 2 n the harder I try 2 stay awake and focus the quicker my energy leaves me. Does/has any1 ever had this problem? Does any1 know wat I can do 2 fix this issue? Any advice/suggestions would b greatly appreciated. :)

I have a problem with falling asleep during meditation as well. Only just recently have I started to maintain awareness for longer. I find now though instead of just passing out, I sort of drift in and out of awareness, "remembering" that I'm meditating and not sleeping. I figured that I would just get better with practice. I hope so anyway.

I had the same probelm and I seeked advice from HP Friday. He said that when our souls activate on a higher level/become more active this for some reason makes us tired. He did not have a reason right than and there for it but he told me that my chakras were most likely spinning at a faster rate and were becoming more powerful. He said that I should cut down on the repetitions I was doing for my meditatins as I might be pushing my body to far and that it is not able to handle as much energy that I was raising. So try cutting down on the repetions. Also my guardian fed me thoughts and suggested I might be advancing some chakras while neglecting others. So you should take some time out to focus in on your chakras and see if any are weaker or very dirty than your other chakras and fix this right away. The energy raised and passed through your more powerful chakras can not properly pass through your other chakras so it gets backed up.

I remember that after doing meditations I will get so tired that I would have to lay down and it seemed I always fall asleep for two hours. Now I still get a bit tired but I never fall asleep anymore or feel light headed. Even with this I am still advancing myself at a nicer speed.

Another possibility, is that it could be the enemy draining your energy. Try severing the links, it's good to do this on a regular basis anyway (once a month or however often you feel it's necessary).

The meditation to do this is by HP Vovim Baghie: http://www.vovimbaghie.com/satanic-serm ... -emotions/
