last night I tried to meditate, but some stuff bothered me very much I just couldn't relax so I decied to skip meditating. I wen't to bed and started falling asleep. suddanly I remambered to turn the TV off. but I was half-asleep when reaching the remote and turning it off. when I closed my eyes again, I saw smoke. the background was the usual black with some coloured shapes flying around, but the smoke was definately there. I'm sure it has something to do with my mind being somewhere in the alpha state. any ideas what could it be/mean? (I'm not an experienced meditator btw)
