slit eyes/glowing eyes

I am starting to see certain peoples eyes changing. Sometimes they go slit and sometimes they glow white like substance. I want to know if I am crazy or swing something real. This other woman I saw her eyes went almos all black and looking left to right so fast and after she blinked they were normal. Has anyone experienced this
