Do you do every day this breathing excercise?:

Alternate Nostril [Sun/Moon] Breathing [Anuloma Viloma]

The perfect path as far as I know for the kundalini is from the base to crown chakra then back. Pain or heat does normaly show resistance (blocked chakras) on the way for the kundalini to rise, it could also be that you are not used to the increased chi/bioelectricity or somehow your arm is more sensibel for energy.

Kunda + hatha yoga + breathing excercises along with physical body training, + daily cleaning returning curses 1+2 should fix most problems.

It could be, but first rule out any other possible causes before you pin it on serpent.

Can it be other indication for heat except resistance? I do read it on JOS saying heat can mean resistance. Couple months ago, I feel heat in my feet sometimes, I thought it meant something was blocked and asked here. Some replied that it is a sign of energy circulation. These days I feel heat around my left arm especially elbow part, but no pain.

Yes, it means your spine is blocked and the energy cannot pass the heart chakra. I had the most pain ever there and it is caused by a nerve from the lungs. Clean and open your pathways and you will succeed.

Sometimes if a path is blocked the kundalini doesn´t flow right and produce in body parts heat like feet, arms. Work on cleaning your chakras kunda/hatha joga.
