Can anyone diffirenciate betweet sleep paralysis and trance state???

Being in sleep paralysis is not a choice. Being in a trance state is a choice.

Sleep paralysis: the enemy has control!

I have been in both and you can feel the difference mentally and physically. In a trance State you are able to bring yourself in and out of it you kind of feel your astral body float and move or at least I have. Sleep paralysis felt totally different my mind was awake without any control over my body.
