Sixth chakra question

Greetings Brothers and sisters, I'm just curious, when opening the Sixth chakra (apparently I didn't fully open mine) is it normal to experience a numbing sensation followed by a gust of like..cold liquid? It's like i can definitely feel the energy but it's cold. Like menthol, so I'm getting it in waves, anyway, just curious i guess if this was something any of you have experienced, Ave Satanas

Yes, this is a sign that you have activated the chakra. The upper chakras are cold in nature, whereas the first three chakras are hot in nature. You can experience heat and cold during chakra meditation which is normal and an indication that your efforts are paying off.

Thank you very much for the speedy reply, though that begs the question, is using the YAUM mantra alone enough to keep empowering it or are there other mantras you would recommend i add to it? I'm not sure if that's only good to just open it

That is fine. You can also use planetary mantras by itself (just be sure to pick a time when the planet is in a favorable position for this to be safe), or the spiritual magickal squares to empower the chakras. Other meditation methods can be utilized along this approach-there are multiple to choose from in the meditation section of JoS.

Thank you very much, I'll toy around with my program a bit, find out what works, maybe look into energy work along with the mantras, Maybe the God's watch over and protect you
