Single serpent meditation tips

for those of you who have not performed this you might benefit from the tips im going to give youoff all you have to do is REALLY pay attention to how you direct the serpent in both ascending and descending versions of this, when i descended my serpent in the wrong way my senses hightened and i cant listen to music anymore atm but i think it will fade away soon just pay attention to how you direct the serpent up and down and you should be fine
