Signing your name in blood

I wrote down the Dedication prayer on paper but have not signed my name in blood yet.

Sorry this is going to sound stupid but are we suppose to sign our name in blood when we say "...I, (your name), renounce any..." or at the very bottom right after we're done saying it?

id prefer a full name, since its more official.

but if you cant get enough blood then only first name will prob work aswell.
