Greetings everyone,
I'd like to share with you information on one of my favorite plants. I just realized you can legitimately call it SS tea. For me it's the most delicious infusion in the world, better than delicate white tea or anything else. This variety seems to be endemic to the Balkans but there are other related kinds found throughout the Mediterranean region.
The way it's properly experienced is when you find the right proportion of lemon and honey (which depending on the mood of the moment can vary from none at all to too much for most people) and the right temperature. The details of this are too many to get into and it's personal preference after all.
I've been gathering and drinking it for the entirety of this life and will continue to do so.
Those that know it are lucky and if you don't then it is time to find out what you've been missing.
