I know there can be some side effects from power meditation when you start out. HP Maxine mentions that you can experience pain at certain points, but she never indicated the nature of that pain. I suppose this is individual.

The thing is, is I went over the breathing exercises again last week and I found I'd been doing the wrong. I was inhaling, visualising energy travelling up through my chakras and then exhaling, moving it back down. I wasn't holding my breath at the top.
I corrected this and about 4 days after, I got the most intense headache you can imagine. Its been 3 days now and I still have it and it hasn't gotten any better. I was wondering if this is a likely result of the meditation and something I should just endure or if I should probably go see a doctor.

Are you holding your breath on top by forcefully closing your throat instead of using the diagram and chest? This is a common mistake and can cause pain.

No definitely not. When I hold my breath at the top, what feels most natural is to simply stop breathing. I don't feel any involvement in my throat at all.

Some people are more prone to these effects.  It is more difficult to raise bioelectricity without harmful side effects if one is deficient in magnesium, and thanks to the kikes, most of us are.  As a rule, you should make sure you are getting about half as much magnesium by weight as calcium--this is optimal for general health.  It also reduces epilepsy to a minimum, and see if it makes it easier to develop bioelectricity. Now, if you are getting problems because angels are tapping or corrupting this energy, I am afraid magnesium isn't going to do jack squat.  You need to lose the angel first, then[/B] take the magnesium.
