Shushumna

[vinevisitedme]

Anybody know anything about it? It's like a connection between the
chakras to let the kundalini rise, apparently nobody knew anything
about the kundalini in general but does anybody know how to work this
or activate it? I was reading a site on it and they were talkinga bout
these things along the shushumna aswell, and the top one was at the
crown chakra, and they're something that the kundalini serpent of fire
has to work through, and well my kundalini is right at my head (and
has been a HUGE pain in the ass, actually today i had a really pain
pain in my head, it wasn't a head ache at all just ALOT of pain in my
head..... lol hard to describe) Alike my kundalini is like 98%
ascended (100% being the point of ascention) and well unfortunately
it's not moving, i can only assume the sharp pains in my head were due
to my trying to force it out (lastnight and today i was trying really
hard, there was ALOT of pressure on my head, almost like the kundalini
is resisting). So i was wondering if anybody knew anything about the

There are a few of us that know kundalini I know at least one more here who has worked with kundalini integrated as their practice... I didn't send you any info because of time and for that I apologize... I suppose to begin with I should review your background.. so after reading some info in your post.. ...you believe your kundalini is about 98% and you are trying to force it out. Is what you stated.. so now you have headaches etc.   In kundalini practice I incorporated kundalini yoga it assisted me tons and when I take a break from my intense cycle I do recharge and involve alot of kundalini yoga. It worked better for me than nei gung or chi but every time something else seems to peak so different for everyone. get lots of rest and meditate alot on those chakras or thee chakra you feel you need to unblock use the colors so stones of a color violetcrystaline and use the mantras and mudras that you find in basic info for me the mudras worked amazingly if you like I can pull up the link but someone told me that they were also some in the JOS site... The key for me is all the components...the yoga the breathing the diet the mudras the mantras and rest but also patience.... if you stop forcing and just allow it works alot faster! good luck to you   if you want I can email you some of my links I have just started a cycle where I will mainly be doing intense work so limited on time. links I can send though   and hey dont forget your body is full of chakras...little ones too now, and the lovely ones above the crown and the ones on hands and feet ...all assist in total elevation of energy

Thank you very much to both of you, ria a.d. and Leslie, i really
appriciate it to the fullest extent both of your information will
help me greatly in my journey to raise my kundalini (which if i do it
good, should ascend within weeks and if it does i'll be sure to
inform you guys on the experience) Once again thank you both
SOOOOOOO much Oh and btw to ria a.d. two things, i've been
forcing my energy due to the fact when i first tried to move it (about
2-3 months ago atleast) i moved it from 10% to 98% within weeks, it
was just moving VERY fast, so that's why i'm still trying to force it,
but i'll take your word for it And also about the chakras, i'm
working on every chakra mentioned on the JoS sites (cept for the ones
above my body..... could NEVER get the feel for those little fuckers
lol.... maybe that could be a bit of my problem aswell?? i shall try
thanks)

You should not push the kundalini TOO too hard in your head. The

intertwine at the Ajna Chakra. Basically, this is where the three
most important energy pathways of the soul converge with the chakra
that sits in the middle of your brain. There are a lot of twists and
turns in the soul at this place. This needs to be worked with
carefully before it can be safely awakened.

Don't force the kundalini up. Instead, focus on clearing out energy
blocks in it's way, and opening up the pathways in the soul.

spin in the same directions. And male chakras spin in a opposite way
than female.

Hahaha yah don't worry about it, i do both of the fire serpent
meditations, work on all of my minor chakras on my body (think there's
like 124 listed on the site lol). And invoke all the elements. Than i
put white energy in my head like blackshadowstallion said, it does
help. Just wondering when the hell this is gunna get done.... it's
been really affecting the way i can do things due to how sensetive my
head is becuase of it

Hahaha yah don't worry about it, i do both of the fire serpent
meditations, work on all of my minor chakras on my body (think there's
like 124 listed on the site lol). And invoke all the elements. Than i
put white energy in my head like blackshadowstallion said, it does
help. Just wondering when the hell this is gunna get done.... it's
been really affecting the way i can do things due to how sensetive my
head is becuase of it

Thank you very much to both of you, ria a.d. and Leslie, i really
appriciate it to the fullest extent both of your information will
help me greatly in my journey to raise my kundalini (which if i do it
good, should ascend within weeks and if it does i'll be sure to
inform you guys on the experience) Once again thank you both
SOOOOOOO much Oh and btw to ria a.d. two things, i've been
forcing my energy due to the fact when i first tried to move it (about
2-3 months ago atleast) i moved it from 10% to 98% within weeks, it
was just moving VERY fast, so that's why i'm still trying to force it,
but i'll take your word for it And also about the chakras, i'm
working on every chakra mentioned on the JoS sites (cept for the ones
above my body..... could NEVER get the feel for those little fuckers
lol.... maybe that could be a bit of my problem aswell?? i shall try
