Hey guys! Im Landon. I just started tapping my 6th chakra and it's giving me so much pain on my forehead for a few seconds at random times. I am totally new to this kind of meditation. I did some research about this and I found out that certain gemstones are great facilitators and helps relieve some of the pains. Should I get a set of 7 merkaba stars that include clear quartz, rose quartz, amethyst quartz, blue sodalite, yellow/golden adventurine, orange adventurine, and red jasper OR Should I get one large piece of amethyst and clear quartz to start? Or any other gemstones you guys can recommend. Thanks
