Shocks/Pins and Needles

I was reading a book, when I all of a sudden feel the sensation of what feels like a bunch of shocking pins and needles all over my skin, which was kind of painful and itchy, I wasn't meditating or anything. Any ideas on what that was?

Either an overload of bio-electricity or oversensitivity to bio-electricity

hmmm useful info that is

maybe thats what my shutdown state is from
i tend to over do things alot and break stuff in me alot

maybe my breaks shutdowns and recovery state is cauyse im overloading myself

wouldn't susprise me seeing how reckless my meditation sessions are
