I post this question a while ago on the egroups for mature and never had any answer.
Perhaps, this time, I will be more lucky.
Then, here the post I wrote at that time :
I would be happy to have your experience or what you know about the work with
the shadow. I read in the book "inner strenght" a chapter about, but it is not
enough understandable for me.
We have to concentrate on the neck of our shadow and then look at it in the sky,
I understand it is a way to see that dark and light is the same thing. But I
would to know more about the deep meaning of that.
The author said it can involve important changes especially in our personality,
the way we feel about our own "divinity" and so on.
What is important for me is when it is said : "when we observe the shadow in the
sky and oportunity is created for a shift in perspective that is more than just
optical. The effect is a greater sens of being God, and A CLEANSING OF ASPECTS
OF PERSONALITY WHICH ARE OBSTRUCTIONS TO GOD-REALIZATION." Inner strengh p.109.
Of course the letters in big caracters are mine.
Do you know about what I am talking about ?

I remember HP Dragonwolf talks about shadow but it is not the same shadow.
