There is an advanced protection on AoS and another meditation connection with the Earth that will amplify your protection.
Or you could try this one that I got from Jonathan Billing:
"This is adapted from a meditation called "SPINNING ENERGY FIELDS" that I got from High Priest Jake Carlson two and a half years ago (and can post if requested).
1) Clean your aura and chakras.
2) Sense your aura. Breath in white-gold energy into your aura. (I just will/draw it from the Sun, it's much quicker.)
3) Program the energy with this affirmation: "In a positive and healthy manner for me, this energy is combined with my aura, is always intact and is always reflecting all energies intended to affect me in a way that's negative for me right back at the sender."
(I take a small break here, to sort of detach from the working, let the affirm "sink in".)
4) And then this one: "In a positive and healthy manner for me, this energy construct is permanent and feeds off and replenishes itself from the universal light energy."
5) Take more time to sense the construct and really feel it.
6) Now sense your astral body. This is your ghost- the astral image that is transparent and looks like your physical body and repeat the above steps 2-5.
7) Sense your light body and repeat steps 2-5.
8) Join all three constructs together (You just will them together).
9) Join all past and the present construct that you have worked on. Meditate on the super construct."
Yet, I e-mailed him about it and he said after repeated enemy attacks he added another affirmation; "The affirmations that I first programmed into my aura were:
1. "In a positive and healthy manner for me my aura is invoking
white-gold energy from the Sun and is in a positive and healthy manner
for me(poshlthy) using it to reflect all negative energies intended to
affect me right back at the intender"
2. "Poshlthy my aura is invoking white-gold energy from the Sun and is
poshlthy using it to protect me from harm"
I did those for 25 times each a day for 40 days. When I was getting
annoyed by the enemy I would invoke white-gold energy from the sun,
combine it with my aura and programme it along the same lines(the SIN
one)."
I'd also like to note "Poshlthy" means "In a safe and positive manner"
