I've been going to open meditation circle and went on a day work shop of intense meditation and celestial contact. 
It's just so odd, how some know about how we were created, and yet they let angels guide them. Praising the Angels Metatron and Michael pop up the most. The Woman that does the meditation group during a reading was telling me about Michael and stopped because she could feel I wasn't impressed, and since then has changed her opening and closing "prayer" to not just angels and amen. 
One woman, said she met jesus. She works all over the world, Shirley Battie. She explained "he" came to her during another work shop. For proof for it being him, she got him to light her body up for everyone in the room to see. That isn't proof at all though. Anyone can do that if they're strong enough. They said the greys are usually known for being bad. And said like people all around the world you have good and bad, doesn't matter on race, but that specific individual. And that goes for all races in the universe. Their words not mine. If angels and greys are so good why did i when new get attacked and again like so many other SS. 
This Shirley woman, with help of guides, she is writing a book. It's going to have to be published scifi but its going to contain a lot of truth inside, about governments and aliens/gods, people awakening. All the things that are predicted, and from what I've heard of it already its going to be a good one. 
I've met others, claiming to be hybrids and galactic star officers, teacher of star seeds, all sorts. Most of them sound insane LOL. Then again we sound insane to a lot of the worlds population who are without. 
Like the title says I'm sharing, and anyone with any of their own experiences or thoughts feel free to start a discussion.

Ah man, that's fucked up... I suggest you to not go to such "meditation sessions" (or whatever these things are?) for many reasons... The enemy can clearly take advantage of all these fucking stupid deluded people, and use them to your disadvantage.Also, I'm pretty sure these people have fucked up energy... and if they're actually spiritually open...Well, just imagine spiritually open people who spread fucking disgusting filthy energy all around them.Don't go to that kind of "meetings" (if I got that right).And don't even try to 'think' of what they say they've experienced... Most of them are entirely deluded, and the rest are controlled by the enemy.It is not worth your time.

Eh, I'm talking about the energy in specifics... If someone is supposedly raising their energy and then go to churches, pray to their wtf god everyday and shit... you know, that's shitty energy. They waste their energy on the enemy, and by going to churches and then going to the meditation sessions... well, that's a lot of shitty energy.And what the heck... If someone is doing proper meditations, like the ones written on the website, then they'd understand and feel that the churches have shitty energy etc... So yeah.
